What are the shipping & handling charges?

Do I have to pay custom taxes?

Declaration for custom,  We will declare it as "Sample" or "gift" ,  to help the buyer to avoid tax. However, please note that custom duty/taxes are the customer's responsibility.

When will my order be recieved?

Every item, whether within the U.S or internationally, will be shipped immediately after handling and packaging. Once the payment has been submitted - the item will be delivered to your door within 4-7 business days.

How can I track my order?

In case that the package did not arrive within 10 business days from submitting your order, please contact us and you will receive a tracking number for your item, or will be notified about the current shipment status.

What is your return policy?

Although our customers are satisfied with our superior quality fashion products, we believe that whoever values quality, should experience risk-free online shopping. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to get the instructions for returning the item. Item must be returned within 7 days, in its original, unused condition. Shipping charge is non-refundable. A restocking fee of 10% may be applied upon refunds.

Can I exchange an item?

You can exchange an item within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. The shipping of your new item will take place once the original product is received.
Before sending back an Item, please contact us in order to coordinate your return/ exchange.


When and how can I expect my refund?

Once we receive your item, you can expect a refund within 2-3 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
